This includes testing new technology, finding ways to integrate our tech stack, being data driven, and leaning into AI to automate tedious tasks. To start, you will report to the CEO, and work closely with him and the sales account executives and marketing team. You will be doing all of this within an early-stage startup. Our team is seasoned and professional, but there are lots of open questions and ambiguity. If that sounds exciting, then this is the place for you. What you'll be doing in this roleExecuting outbound campaigns with help from your sales and marketing partners. This includes outreach via cold calls, emails, integrated marketing campaigns, events and other methods. You will live to monitor prospect intent signals, engaging them directly in order to schedule meetings for our account executives.Strategically build the Sales Development function through process building, tech/AI testing, and crafting repeatable playbooks.Coordinating meetings between prospective clients and Account Executives with little friction. You will be tasked with a goal and expected to execute against it on a monthly basis.Reporting results and learnings to leadership on a regular cadence.About KnockKnock helps product and engineering teams send delightful notifications to their customers. We give teams the tools they need to introduce and manage great product notifications, without them having to reinvent the wheel each time on their own.Ideally this person is located with our sales team in NYC, but we're remote-first, and open to people located outside of NYC.
