Senior Human Resources Program Manager - Remote US

Seamless.AI is seeking a highly strategic and operationally-minded Senior Human Resources Program Manager to serve as a key resource across both our Human Resources and Talent Acquisition teams. Visa sponsorship is not available; applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. - Design, launch, and manage scalable HR programs that drive employee engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness. - Lead onboarding initiatives to ensure new hires are integrated with purpose and aligned with Seamless.AI’s mission, vision, and values. - Build and manage programs that support career development, internal mobility, recognition, and employee satisfaction. - Oversee employee feedback and engagement surveys; analyze results and partner with HR leaders to take action on key insights. - Develop and execute internal communication strategies to increase awareness, adoption, and success of HR programs. - Partner with Recruiting leadership to identify process improvements using applicant tracking system (ATS) data and performance metrics. - Lead initiatives to streamline hiring workflows, reduce time-to-fill, and improve recruiter productivity and candidate experience. - Own the optimization and administration of recruiting tools, systems, and training programs. - Collaborate cross-functionally to drive projects related to employer branding, recruitment marketing, talent analytics, and content development. - Promote best-in-class recruiting practices and training for hiring managers, ensuring consistency and excellence in execution. - Lead complex cross-functional projects from planning to execution across both HR and Talent Acquisition domains. - Create and implement change management strategies that support adoption and long-term impact of new programs, systems, and processes. - Develop and deliver communication plans that keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout all project stages. - Act as a strategic partner to HR business partners, recruiting leads, department heads, and executive stakeholders. - Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and presentations to support program rollout and success. - Serve as a subject matter expert on HR and recruiting policies, programs, tools, and compliance practices. - Track and report on key HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs. - Conduct employee engagement surveys to assess workplace satisfaction and identify trends in retention. - Leverage data insights to inform decision-making and continuously improve programs. - Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership. - Support and manage key benefit programs, including employee education, plan inquiries, and open enrollment activities. - Develop and maintain standardized procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across benefits processes. - Create and deliver communication materials to improve employee understanding and engagement with the company’s benefits offerings. - Collaborate with HR and leadership to evaluate benefit effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement. - Proven success in HR or Talent Acquisition program management roles, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth environments. - Strong project management and change leadership skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders. - Deep understanding of HR best practices, employee experience strategy, and recruiting operations. - Proficiency with HRIS, ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, etc.), and data analytics tools. - Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in HR program management, project management, or a similar role. - Strong understanding of HR functions, policies, and compliance requirements. - Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. - Proficiency in HRIS, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
