The Customer Success team aims to drive an exceptional experience and sustained value for Intenseye customers through building trust and consulting on the Intenseye platform. The outcome is realized and increased value, satisfaction, and renewal of the customers. Few roles provide such a direct impact on the growth of the company. Intenseye is a disruptive company in a new category solving major Health & Safety issues for our customers. What you'll do ?Be the trusted advisor and advocate for our global customersBuild strong relationships with customers and internal teams to ensure successful onboarding, implementation, and ongoing satisfaction and success with our platformEngage customers actively with regular strategy calls to derive maximum value from their investment in Intenseye while identifying new usage opportunitiesCollaborate with other departments to ensure adoption and successful renewalDetermine customer goals and collaborate on customized inbound strategic plans while driving customer accountability.Monitor customer health and build associated risk mitigation plansResolve customer inquiries by aligning customers with the right resourcesIdentify opportunities for upselling, product adoption, and optimizing current investment What we're looking for ?Are passionate about customer success and customer experienceExperience working as a Customer Success Manager ideally within a start-up / scale-up Saas platform companyAt least 3-4 years in a customer success management role; including managing large Global Enterprise customers spanning multi-department implementationsExperience owning a renewal forecastExcellent customer discovery skillsOrganized with exceptional follow-throughExperience managing SaaS relationships with C-Suite stakeholdersExperience working with product management and sales teams is strongly preferredStrong oral and written communication skills with the ability to conduct strategic presentations to executive stakeholders both in English and TurkishCan build and nurture relationships with multiple stakeholders at your customers to solidify our partnership and commitment to the customerDemonstrate the ability to work well in a geographically-distributed teamInterest in working with any of these technologies would be highly beneficial: Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), Computer Vision What we offer ?
