As the Lifecycle (or Customer) Marketing Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of our customer marketing initiatives, focusing on optimizing the customer journey from acquisition through retention. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing new customer conversion, driving customer adoption, reducing churn, and increasing customer lifetime value within our customer funnel.
