We are based in San Jose, CA and require 5 days/week in-office collaboration. We're looking for a Global Supply Manager to own commercial relationships with our suppliers and manufacturing partners. You'll be responsible for setting up our supply chain, helping determine where we manufacture the robots, and how we scale from prototype to production volumes. The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $140,000 - $220,000 annually. We are looking for a Security Engineer to join the Security & Privacy team at Figure, focusing on designing, implementing, and managing security of Figure’s corporate infrastructure. We are looking for a Manufacturing Test Engineer to own PCBA-level test development and validation across all our custom electronics. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and validating ICT (In-Circuit Test), FCT (Functional Circuit Test), and end-of-line diagnostics for our board builds — from prototype through mass production. This role is highly hands-on and requires regular travel to overseas contract manufacturers (CMs). You will work closely with electrical engineering, firmware, and manufacturing teams to ensure all test systems are robust, scalable, and capable of identifying issues before boards ever reach final assembly.
