As an Operations Coordinator at Nightfall, you will provide day to day operational support, including coordination and logistics across programs. This could include new hire onboarding, culture building & events, performance management, and others. You will wear many hats and work at both the strategic and tactical level, project managing key cross functional initiatives and designing new programs; finding, recruiting, onboarding new team members; and being a key advisor to hiring managers. You will provide support across the People and Operations teams and will help maintain and cultivate our culture as we scale. Location: You must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area and able to work out of our office 3 days a week for this role.
