The Accounting Analyst will be the go to person for all things accounting operations at Harvey, including AP, Procurement, AR and Payroll. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-growth start-up, is detail-oriented, and has a get it done attitude. The Accounting Analyst  will be someone who is operationally proficient while juggling multiple workstreams.What You'll DoProcess accounts payable (A/P) invoices using ZipAssist with procurement requests by ensuring that requests are completed, that approvals are happening timelyProcess vendor onboarding requestsReview expense reimbursement requests for adherence to policiesSend accounts receivable (A/R) reminders (dunning) to our customers to ensure timely paymentsPrepare US and UK payrollsPerform cash reconciliationWhat You HaveBachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting/Finance/Economics3+ years of hands-on accounting experienceExperience with operational accounting tasks, such as AP, AR, Payroll, and Journal EntriesExposure to Netsuite preferredProven proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc) Google Docs/SheetsExcellent writing, oral communication, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills with a high attention to detailExcellent problem solving skillsHarvey is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, national origin, disability, age, genetic information, veteran status, marital status, pregnancy or related condition, or any other basis protected by law.Compensation Range: $90K - $105K
