We have incredible product-market fit & demand across diverse customer profiles. As an early member of the product team, you’ll help make key decisions on the direction we go from here.Specifically, you will:Own the lifecycle of product initiatives from inception to launchTackle unsolved AI product and eng problems — user experiences for million-token many-step agents, instant retrieval over huge TB datasets, etcGather feedback from strategic customers to inform product directionDefine disrupting business models, pricing packages, & other commercial standardsWork closely with our founders, execs, and legal research teamsLearn how to actually make LLMs useful for complex knowledge workHelp steer the growth of our product & eng organizationQualifications2-7 years of experience in product management and/or software engineeringDegree or relevant experience in CS or EngineeringExperience with or knowledge of AI and LLMsExperience in a B2B / commercial environmentDemonstrated ability to ship world-class enterprise software productsBig picture thinking while still delivering on the detailsAbility to use both qualitative and quantitative reasoning to communicate your ideas reasoningAbility to navigate extreme ambiguity to deliver on outcomesDesire to do whatever it takes to make the team successful — whether that’s doing support, testing new algorithm changes, or cleaning up ticketsThis role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use an in-person work model and offer relocation assistance to new employees.CompensationIn consideration of market analysis and relevant factors, the salary range for this position is set between $165,000 and $240,000. However, adjustments outside of this range may be considered for candidates whose qualifications significantly differ from those outlined in the job description. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in our equity plan and benefits program.
