The ideal candidate is a highly analytical and self-motivated professional with exceptional strategic, analytical, and operational acumen.ResponsibilitiesDrive strategic projects, helping Harvey make the best decisions possible through a combination of rigorous analysis, sound application of business judgment, working cross-functionally with all relevant stakeholdersDrive the operationalization of strategic decisionsOptimize operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across the companyHelp define and coordinate OKRsTrack performance by developing operational dashboards for specific initiatives and overall KPIs, and driving clarity on under- and over-performanceAnalyze market trends and information to support strategic decision-making identify growth opportunitiesManage key communication / decks to leadership team and Board of DirectorsQualificationsGeneral athlete with 6+ years of relevant work experience: management consulting (or investment banking / private equity) + high growth start-up experienceExceptionally strong communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate, present and debate recommendations with all levels of managementProactive and passionate self-starter with bias towards action and constant prioritization.Ideally already knows and understand SaaS business modelsAbility to ‘self serve’ through knowledge of SQL and ability to create dashboardsMBA preferred but not requiredCompensationIn consideration of market analysis and relevant factors, the salary range for this position is set between $200,000 and $260,000. However, adjustments outside of this range may be considered for candidates whose qualifications significantly differ from those outlined in the job description.Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in our equity plan and benefits program.
