You will build joint business plans, success strategies, define joint operational processes, create reporting, and work with our Product team to deliver excellent solutions. Our strategic partners are complex entities of many different divisions, teams and regions — you will work across these different parts to ensure alignment & success.Manage the full partnership lifecycle including onboarding, training, success planning, strategic planning, and partnership expansion/renewal opportunitiesCollaborate closely with partner cross functional teams to design and implement co-solutions as well as represent Harvey’s value propositionWork internally with Harvey engineering, product, GTM, and legal teams to deliver on solutionsStrategically identify ways we can make customer success repeatable and measurable; identify, create and track joint KPIs, metrics, and reportsBuild and maintain deep relationships with key partner stakeholders, gathering key insights and ensuring needs are captured/metQualifications5+ years experience in consulting, product management, partner management, and/or business developmentOutstanding project management and communication skills; extremely organized, detail orientedExperience working cross-functionally in a matrixed organizationAn action-oriented mindset that balances creative problem solving with the scrappiness to ultimately deliver resultsBonusTech company experience ideally at fast-growing startupsMBA preferredKnowledge of generative AI & LLMsA technical background (education or professional experience with CS, Math, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, etc)Knowledge of the professional services and/or legal industriesCompensationIn consideration of market analysis and relevant factors, the salary range for this position is set between $175,000 and $225,000. However, adjustments outside of this range may be considered for candidates whose qualifications significantly differ from those outlined in the job description. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in our equity and bonus plan.
