We are looking for a Staff Supplier Quality Engineer with a strong mechanical background to help onboard new vendors, and evaluate and analyze their quality. Responsibilities: Requirements: Bonus Qualifications: The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $150,000 - $250,000 annually. This role is based in Spartanburg, SC, and requires 5 days/week in-person collaboration onsite at a commercial customer’s location. In summary, the role will be to manage Figure’s robot operations team at the customer location and oversee successful daily robot operation, testing, service, and upgrades, all while coordinating with the team in San Jose. This role requires excellent leadership, problem solving, and communication skills. Our humanoid robot is designed for industrial tasks, targeting labor shortages and jobs that are undesirable or unsafe for humans. This role will be based in Spartanburg, SC. We require 5 days/week onsite collaboration at our customer’s site. As a Humanoid Robot Pilot, you'll have the unique opportunity to work directly with our learning humanoid robots and teach them new behaviors and skills. You will be at the forefront of our operations, collecting new data to train our AI systems and working with the AI team to refine behaviors over time. Robotic Operations Technician

We require 5 days/week in-office collaboration.As a Robotic Operations Technician, you'll have the unique opportunity to work directly with our learning humanoid robots and teach them new behaviors and skills, as well as keeping the robot in top shape to meet customer demands.You will be at the forefront of our operations, deploying the robots for real commercial use cases, identifying issues, and relaying these problems to the right engineering teams.
