About the Role We are looking for a Leader of Product Management for the Contact Center business line. This will be our first senior PM hire, with the mandate to build and lead a team of product managers as we scale. You’ll own codifying our repeatable Contact Center solution — including SME Workbench, Agent Assist, and Remedy Layer — into a scalable, modular stack that drives deployments across telecom, travel, healthcare, and beyond. This role is both strategic and operational, requiring proven people leadership and deep expertise in contact center environments. You will own roadmap definition, modularity, and cross-functional alignment for one of Distyl’s flagship solution areas, the Contact Center, a horizontal CX function with multi-industry impact. What We Are Looking For As an AI Strategist Lead, you will lead Distyl’s most complex, high impact customer engagement end-to-end.
