Figure is an AI Robotics company developing a general purpose humanoid. Our humanoid robot, Figure 02, is designed for commercial tasks and the home. We are based in San Jose, CA and require 5 days/week in-office collaboration. It’s time to build. This role is based in Spartanburg, SC, and requires 5 days/week in-person collaboration onsite at a commercial customer’s location. In summary, the role will be to manage Figure’s robot operations team at the customer location and oversee successful daily robot operation, testing, service, and upgrades, all while coordinating with the team in San Jose. Humanoid Robot Pilot

Our humanoid robot is designed for industrial tasks, targeting labor shortages and jobs that are undesirable or unsafe for humans. This role will be based in Spartanburg, SC. We require 5 days/week onsite collaboration at our customer’s site. As a Humanoid Robot Pilot, you'll have the unique opportunity to work directly with our learning humanoid robots and teach them new behaviors and skills. You will be at the forefront of our operations, collecting new data to train our AI systems and working with the AI team to refine behaviors over time. Robotic Operations Technician

We are based in San Jose, CA and have operations in Spartanburg, SC. This posting is for a role in Lathrop, CA. We require 5 days/week in-office collaboration.As a Robotic Operations Technician, you'll have the unique opportunity to work directly with our learning humanoid robots and teach them new behaviors and skills, as well as keeping the robot in top shape to meet customer demands.You will be at the forefront of our operations, deploying the robots for real commercial use cases, identifying issues, and relaying these problems to the right engineering teams. You may also collect new data to train our AI systems and work with the AI team to refine behaviors over time. Mechanical Engineer - All Levels

R&D Hardware Test Engineer - Software Focus

We are seeking an experiencedHardware Test Engineerwith a strongsoftware backgroundto join theHardware Teamand lead the testing of our actuators and motion/force sensors. In this role, you will work closely with hardware design engineers to test the performance of novel hardware and compare it to currently-implimented hardware. This role will own all software roles related to testing, including writing motor control code, electrical wiring, acquiring sensor data, designing and implementing testing procedures, and data analysis related to test results. This role will work closely with the mechanical-focused hardware test engineer to own and implement all R&D hardware testing, ensuring the development of robust, high-performance hardware solutions for our humanoid.
