Reporting directly to our Head of Engineering, you will play a key role within the engineering leadership structure. You will be responsible for driving roadmap definition and execution for your team - making our product better for customers. Responsible for ensuring development teams are adhering to modern agile CI/CD software development practices.  Manages the day to day SCRUM ceremonies of the teams as well as longer term development estimates to deliver new features on time and with high levels of testing and quality.  Manages forward-looking technology backlogs to maintain low defects with an eye on security, upgrades, patches, and the ultimate scalability and stability of the platform - Collaborate closely with Product Management to define requirements and create robust, scalable solution designs. - Serve as a key technical expert and resource for your team, guiding technical decisions and promoting best practices. - Optimize and drive efficiency in the engineering organization.
