Senior/Staff Recruiter

We're looking for 1 Recruiter who will focus more on Engineering roles and 1 Recruiter who can be more of a generalist. You will support hiring managers and their teams by helping them build out their recruiting capabilities, teaching them to leverage recruiting tools, interviewing techniques, and recruiting best practices. In this partnership, you will also work with hiring managers to design end-to-end recruiting strategies for their roles, help them find creative ways to source great talent, and guide them in building out robust, customized interview processes. In addition to hiring, you’ll also have exposure to various parts of the People function, including Employer Branding, Recruiting Ops, Employee Experience, and more. You’re entrepreneurial, process oriented, collaborative and innovative in order to source and hire top talent and provide a unique candidate experience. During the interview process, you’ll go through several different hands on exercises. We like to use these exercises so that we can get a good sense of how candidates approach problems and so that candidates can get a real sense of what it’s like to work at Runway.
