Role Overview: We’re seeking a high-impact VP of Growth & Business Development to lead our full-cycle revenue organization, spanning government and commercial customers. You’ll build and manage a cross-functional sales team, including Account Executives (AEs), Business Development (BD) leaders, and Sales/Business Development Representatives (SDRs/BDRs). You’ll drive top-of-funnel lead generation through to contract close, with a particular emphasis on navigating complex procurement environments in the government sector while growing strategic commercial accounts..
