Key ResponsibilitiesAs a key member of ZOE’s executive team, you will own:1. Investor Relations and FundraisingDevelop and maintain strong relationships with investors, auditors, banks, and key vendors. Assist the CEO in fundraising activities, including preparing board decks and managing due diligence processes. 5. Risk Management, Audit, and ComplianceContinuously assess financial risks and develop comprehensive risk mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with international taxation regulations, including transfer pricing, tax planning, and tax compliance automation. Skills and Experience:10+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 7 years in a managerial role. Strong foundations in audit, analytics, consulting skills, and practical IFRS knowledge, gained from top-tier consultancy or financial services experience. Proven strategic thinking, decision-making and leadership skills.
