Our Helix team is looking for an experienced Training Infrastructure Engineer, to take our infrastructure to the next level. This role is focused on managing the training cluster, implementing distributed training algorithms, data loaders, and developer tools for AI researchers. Figure is an AI Robotics company developing a general purpose humanoid. Our Humanoid is designed for industrial tasks, targeting labor shortages and jobs that are undesirable or unsafe for humans. We are based in San Jose, CA and require 5 days/week in-office collaboration. As a Humanoid Robot Pilot, you'll have the unique opportunity to work directly with our learning humanoid robots and teach them new behaviors and skills. You will be at the forefront of our operations, collecting new data to train our AI systems and working with the AI team to refine behaviors over time. Perception / Computer Vision Software Engineer - Helix Team

Our Helix team is looking for Perception Engineers to empower Figure humanoid robots to perform highly dynamic operations in demanding real-world environments. We are looking for a Lead Manufacturing Test Software Engineer to take ownership of our test architecture and strategy. In this role, you will drive design decisions, prioritize features, and mentor others as you lead the development of scalable, maintainable software for programming, calibrating, and validating modules at end-of-line. This is a highly technical role with a direct impact on build quality and throughput. You will work closely with manufacturing, hardware, and systems teams to ensure test coverage is robust, extensible, and able to evolve with rapid hardware iteration. This role is based in Spartanburg, SC, and requires 5 days/week in-person collaboration onsite at a commercial customer’s location. In summary, the role will be to manage Figure’s robot operations team at the customer location and oversee successful daily robot operation, testing, service, and upgrades, all while coordinating with the team in San Jose. This role requires excellent leadership, problem solving, and communication skills.
