As such, the base salary pay range for this role is $225,000 to $265,000. - Strategic Business Partner to the CEO–Translate product bets into capital-efficient growth; pressure-test every BU plan and surface data-driven go / no-go decisions to CEO & Board. Leading and overseeing all aspects of financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial modeling to support strategic initiatives and while balancing operational goals. Provide critical financial insights and recommendations to the executive team and department heads to support business decision-making, resource allocation, and performance optimization. - Build a Predictive FP&A Engine— Build the next-gen scenario-based models (top-down & bottom-up) that move from “rear-view reporting” to “real-time course-correction.” Developing and implementing robust financial strategies, systems, and processes that drive efficiency, accuracy, and scalability for a high-growth SaaS company. - Operational Excellence –Providing critical financial insights and recommendations to the executive team and department heads to support business decision-making, resource allocation, and performance optimization.
