Seamless.AI is looking for an Enterprise Systems Manager who will be responsible for configuring and maintaining the sales and billing systems and their integrations. Oversee finance applications and integrations;Netsuite, Zone Payments, Stripe, Netsuite ERP, Celigo iPassand their connections to Salesforce and our database. This highly visible role ensures that enterprise systems and integrations between systems and databases and our CRM are meeting business needs.  As we are in the midst of a quote to cash transformation, it requires someone that can wear many hats; a blend of technical, financial knowledge, strong communication skills, and ability to execute tasks. The Enterprise Systems Manager will partner closely with key leaders (VP of Business Operations, Chief Finance Officer, Chief Architect Officer, and the Chief Revenue Officer) to ensure that the enterprise financial systems are operating in accordance with sales and billing processes.  This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless integration and efficient operation of payment processing within the NetSuite ERP environment.
